Get involved – April Fundraising for Children’s Charities

WineWeaver are pleased to announce a contribution to Moorbennhall’s Annual Spring Charity Ball this month.

In support of the Gem Appeal and also in aid of the Grace House North East Children’s Hospice, Calvin Moore and Andrew Bennett of Moorbennhall are hosting their Second Spring Annual Charity Ball at the Ramside Hall Hotel, County Durham on 13th April 2013.

Childrens Charities Spring Ball - MoorbenhallGuests attending the Spring Charity Ball in aid of these children’s charities will be treated to a Black Tie 4-Course Dinner with performances on the night from Mint Management, Grace Carter, Anita Ryan and Kerry Miller: A Tribute to Kylie.

With the main event being hosted by Miss Kitty and including a charity raffle and auction, followed by a Starlite Disco, the evening is sure to be great fun and a huge fundraising success with all proceeds from the event being donated to these two worthy children’s charities.

Children's Charities - GraceHouseNorthEast Founded by Kathy Secker, The Grace House North East Children’s Hospice Appeal is raising funds to equip and run a children’s hospice for children across the North East of England. Matt Baker acts as Patron for the charity.



The GEM Appeal

Children's Charities - TheGEMAppealStanding for Genetics, Enzymes, Metabolism, the GEM Appeal was launched in September 1994 with the aim to raise funds funds for laboratory research and treatment of rare life threatening genetic and metabolic disorders in children. Denise Welch and Tim Healey are both Patrons.

Unfortunately, the WineWeaver team won’t be able to attend this year’s charity ball in person, but would like to wish Moorbenhall every success for the evening as well as wishing all attendees a wonderful and enjoyable night – we look forward to seeing some of the photos!
